The Point Leo Road Vineyard was established in the spring of 1996, and is family owned and operated. Located on the southern slopes of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, it overlooks Westernport Bay to Seal rocks and the Knobbies.
A
true cool climate site with maritime influences from both Westernport and Port Phillip Bays.

Point Leo Road Vineyard was originally developed as a pinot noir and chardonnay block; varieties that the Mornington Peninsula grows exceptionally well, but over the past 3 to 4 years other varieties have begun to be planted to add diversity to what should become an interesting range of premium wines.

After a bumper crop of chardonnay and pinot noir in 2004, it was decided to use some of the excellent quality fruit to make wine under our own label.

So, without further ado, we take much pleasure introducing our 2004 Pinot Noir and 2004 Chardonnay

STOP PRESS

The 2005 Pinot Rose has been released – wonderful when served chilled - and on the hottest of days, just add some ice-cubes!

Pinot Rose is a marvellous wine to compliment cold foods, particularly smoked salmon, chicken, salads + soft cheeses. It also goes beautifully with fruits such as melon, cantaloupe and grapes.

Our 2005 Pinot-noir Chardonnay Brut was released just prior to Christmas 2005, and is now being distributed. This fine sparkling wine has been made by the traditional French method. It has a crisp, dry finish and makes an ideal aperitif or with delicate foods both savoury and sweet.
